4040Philippa was admitted to practice in 2004 and has practised exclusively in Family Law since that time. She holds a Bachelor of Law with Honours and Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology.

Philippa joined marshalls+dent+wilmoth in August 2018 after working at a top tier firm in Sydney.

Philippa has extensive experience providing advice in marriage and de facto relationships, including same-sex relationships and providing advice in relation to a range of issues including parenting matters, cross-jurisdictional matters, complex property matters and family violence. Philippa has also worked on cases involving third parties and intergenerational interests in family farms.

Philippa is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Law Society of New South Wales.
