Nick is a Family Law Accredited Specialist who has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star in Family Law for 2019 and 2020. He has extensive experience in all areas of Family Law including complex financial matters, financial agreements, spousal maintenance (alimony), parenting, child support and international disputes.

Nick’s approach is to resolve matters in a dignified, timely and commercial manner and to take firm and decisive action in court where required.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws (Family Law). He sits on the Family Law Advisory Committee of the LIV Specialist Accreditation Board and he is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Family Law Section Executive Committee and Courts Practice Committee.
