Margaret joined the firm in 1997. She has an Honours in Social Work, practising as a social worker before graduating in Law at Monash University in 1989.

She began her legal career in a general legal practice in Wantirna and went on to work as a sole practitioner practising in many areas, including property (particularly retirement village accommodation), Wills and Probate and Litigation.

Margaret’s litigation skills include:

• wills and probate
• a common sense approach to Estate Planning, Wills, Testamentary Trusts and associated matters including Enduring Powers of Attorney and Medical Powers of Attorney
• testamentary matters – experience with the difficult issues arising with second partners, blended families and complex business structures
